Title: Volunteer Academic Contributor

Status: Non-remunerated volunteer acting in an educational and training capacity, under the coordination and ethical framework of GDAAA.

Mission Statement

The Volunteer Teacher / Professor / Trainer supports GDAAA's vision by contributing knowledge, pedagogical experience, and academic skills to benefit educational, community, and institutional development initiatives across Asia and Africa.

Main Responsibilities

Design & Delivery

Design and deliver lectures, workshops, webinars, or short courses in their area of expertise (in-person or online).

Academic Empowerment

Support the academic empowerment of students, professionals, and young leaders in Africa and Asia.

Curriculum Development

Contribute to the co-development of educational programs and curricula in partnership with universities or training centers.

Mentorship

Participate in mentorship, coaching, and evaluation of learners.

Knowledge Transfer

Assist in knowledge transfer missions, academic cooperation, or capacity-building projects organized by GDAAA.

Representation

Represent GDAAA's values and educational commitments during field activities or institutional visits.

Engagement Duration

Typically: 3 months to 1 year (renewable or mission-based)

Free to withdraw with 15 days written notice

Scope of Activity

Activities may take place online or on-site in partner institutions, educational hubs, training centers, or during international missions across Asia and Africa.

Volunteer Nature

This is a voluntary and non-paid position. No employment contract is established. Reasonable expenses related to authorized missions may be covered on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior approval.
