This charter defines the rules and operating principles applicable to a member representing the NGO GDAAA in its region or area of ​​intervention, without any exclusivity. It aims to guarantee a coherent, effective representation that is consistent with the values ​​of the organization.
Article 1: General Principles
1.1. The regional representation of GDAAA is based on the principles of equity, transparency, neutrality and respect for humanitarian values ​​and sustainable development.
1.2. Each representative acts in the exclusive interest of the NGO GDAAA and the beneficiary populations.
Article 2: Role and Responsibilities of the Representative
2.1. Officially represent GDAAA in its area of ​​intervention, by coordinating local actions and ensuring the proper implementation of the organization’s strategies.
2.2. Promote GDAAA programs and initiatives to local authorities, partners and communities.
2.3. Ensure the mobilization of resources, the search for partnerships and the financing of local actions in alignment with the objectives of GDAAA.
2.4. Ensure regular communication with GDAAA headquarters and report on activities carried out in its region.
2.5. Respect and apply GDAAA’s internal regulations, ethical guidelines and management procedures.
Article 3: Commitments and Obligations
3.1. Commit to respecting GDAAA’s mission, values ​​and strategic objectives.
3.2. Not to engage GDAAA in actions contrary to its principles and not to use its name for personal or commercial purposes.
3.3. Ensure good financial and administrative management of projects, with transparency and accountability.
3.4. Actively participate in meetings, training courses and events organized by GDAAA.
3.5. Respect local laws and regulations in the exercise of its functions.
Article 4: Duration and Modalities of the Representation
4.1. The appointment of a representative is validated by the GDAAA central office for a fixed period, renewable upon performance evaluation.
4.2. A formal collaboration agreement is signed between GDAAA and the representative.
4.3. The representation is not exclusive, and other organizations or individuals may be authorized to represent GDAAA in the same region or zone.
4.4. In the event of a serious breach of the commitments provided for in this charter, GDAAA reserves the right to revoke the representation after an evaluation and consultation procedure.
Article 5: Final Provisions
5.1. This charter takes effect upon its signature by the parties concerned.
5.2. Any modification of this charter must be subject to approval by the GDAAA central office.
5.3. This charter constitutes a framework for all representatives of the NGO and must be respected in all circumstances.
