Preamble
This contract is established within the framework of the cultural and educational mobility program organized by the Global Development Alliance for Africa and Asia (GDAAA). This program aims to promote intercultural exchanges, foster educational opportunities and strengthen mutual understanding between participating countries.
Article 1: Purpose of the Contract
The Host Family agrees to accommodate and care for the Child as part of a cultural mobility program in [Country] for the period from [start date] to [end date].
Article 2: Obligations of the Host Family
The Host Family undertakes to:
- Provide adequate and safe accommodation for the Child.
- Ensure healthy and balanced meals.
- Support the Child in his cultural and educational activities planned in the program.
- Respect the Child's privacy and cultural practices.
- Immediately inform the Legal Representative or the competent authorities in the event of a major problem.
Article 3: Obligations of the Legal Representative
The Legal Representative undertakes to:
- Provide all administrative documents necessary for the Child's temporary stay.
- Cover expenses related to accommodation, food and cultural activities, as agreed between the parties.
- Maintain regular contact with the Host Family and the Child.
Article 4: Insurance and Health
The Legal Representative guarantees that the Child is covered by health insurance and civil liability insurance for the entire duration of his/her stay.
Article 5: Duration of the Contract
This Agreement is entered into for a term as specified above, running from the start date to the end date.
Article 6: Resolution of Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the Tunisian courts will have jurisdiction.
