Endowed with solid geographical (Africa Middle East) experiences and with thematic (Health, Social Development, Civil Society, Management, administration and technical assistance) expertise. It has also contributed significantly to the participation of civil society in sustainable development and gender processes (within MDG & SDGs agendas). He has conducted numerous surveys and in-depth studies in the areas of safe motherhood, maternal and child health, reproductive health, the use of modern contraceptive methods and the health of the elderly. He has notable experience in all the countries of North Africa Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt and Sudan. He has worked on several EU technical assistance assignments. Kamel has a full proficiency equally in English, Arabic and French languages whether in terms of speaking/lecturing, writing, listening and understanding.”
