Subject: Creation of GDAAA Academy – International Academic Platform of the Global Development Alliance for Asia & Africa

The GDAAA Academy is an academic initiative led by the Global Development Alliance for Asia & Africa aimed at supporting youth in education, mobility, professional integration, and entrepreneurship on a regional and international scale.
It is locally driven by voluntary academic staff and students, promotes South-South and South-North cooperation, and contributes actively to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

2. Charter of Operation

Preamble

The GDAAA Academy is an international academic club locally managed by voluntary teachers and students. It promotes South-South and South-North cooperation, student engagement, innovation, mobility, training, and entrepreneurship.

Article 1 – Mission

To strengthen academic and scientific ties between Asia, Africa, and the rest of the world. To provide language training, internship opportunities, entrepreneurial projects, and an international network of partner universities.

Article 2 – Organization

Each partner university hosts an autonomous club, coordinated by an academic coordinator and one or more student coordinators.

Article 3 – Members

Teachers, researchers, students, alumni, and partners may join voluntarily and with commitment.

Article 4 – Activities

Language courses, skills workshops, mentoring, conferences, and international cooperation projects.

Article 5 – Governance & Ethics

Respect, inclusion, civic engagement. Ideological, religious, and political neutrality.

Article 6 – Resources

Local management of resources with support from the GDAAA platform.

Article 7 – Network and Cooperation

Digital connection between clubs, regional and international events, support for innovative projects.
